What we collect

Sacxess collects only what it needs to reply to you and, once the store is operating, to process and deliver an order: your name, contact details and delivery address. If you join the community we also store the interests you select, so we send you what you actually asked for.

Why we collect it

In line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), your details are used only for the purpose you gave them for, kept no longer than necessary, and never sold.

• We ask for consent before using your details to market to you.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
• Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Sacxess.
• Interest tags are profile preferences. They are not account permissions.

Career and collaboration enquiries

If you register career interest, we hold your details so the team can contact you when a relevant role opens. We do not ask for identity numbers, dates of birth or salary history.
